Information for Visitors and Visiting Parties
| Visitors are welcome at all times and are advised to contact the Club Secretary prior to the date required to arrange tee-off times. |
| Visiting Parties/Golf Societies can either complete the online booking form, email or telephone the Secretary to arrange suitable dates and times. |
| Current green fees are available from the Secretary or can be seen by clicking the 'Charges' link shown opposite. |
| A deposit of £50 per party is required prior to a booking being confirmed. This deposit will be deducted from the Green Fees paid on the day of the visit. The deposit is non-refundable should a visiting party cancels a confirmed booking. Unconfirmed bookings will be re-allocated. |
| Visitors are asked to maintain a neat and tidy standard of dress on and off the course. Organisers of visiting parties/golf societies are asked to make members of their group aware of this requirement. Singlets and sleeveless shirts are not permitted in either Course or Clubhouse nor are brief shorts, football type attire, etc., permitted. Tailored shorts are permissible. Footwear including trainer type shoes, worn on the Course must not be worn within the Club lounge. Although casual dress is normally permissible the Committee do expect members and visitors to maintain a neat and tidy standard of dress and will ensure that this is rigidly maintained. Organisers of outing are responsible for ensuring that Members of their Group are advised of these requirements. |
| Millport Golf Club is a Private Members Club. The Golf Course is of 18 holes: the yardage from the Yellow Markers being 5,349 yards. S.S.S. 67. Play from the White Markers is not permitted except in Official Club Competitions. Persons participating with Visiting Clubs, Groups etc., are expected to be Members or Associates of recognised Golf Clubs and The Millport Golf Club reserve the right to insist on production of valid handicap certificates. |
| Teeing-off times should be confirmed with Club Starter on 01475 530 305. Starting times as notified must be observed. Each Player is requested to have a bag of Clubs. Players are requested to use litterbins provided on the Course |
| Failure to observe the Rules of the Course or Clubhouse may result in individuals being asked to leave without refund of Green Fee. |
